Why do I keep getting the same exercises in the Back To You app?

Back To You is divided into several blocks that will help you in your recovery process. Each block consists of 3 weeks. Each block contains new exercises that perfectly match the week of recovery you are currently in. It is not recommended to fast forward the blocks, these exercises will (possibly) be heavier than your body can handle at that time. So start slowly, build up slowly and listen to your body!
